Souphattra Heritage Vientiane is a beautiful hotel that truly lives up to its reputation as a small luxury hotel. A friendly concierge greeted me at the airport, and the check-in process was smooth. The charming receptionist made me feel right at home, in a truly luxurious home! Although the breakfast could be more varied and the staff could benefit from more English training, the warmth of the staff more than makes up for it. The hotel excels in comfort and location. It offers impressive amenities such as ample European-style power outlets, modern facilities, and a hairdryer.
