Overall, there is a wide variety of food, the portions are very generous, and the taste is exceptionally good😋 The first dish of the set meal is the avocado and shrimp salad. The shrimp are fresh, and the salad dressing makes the dish even more delicious, a great appetizer. Next comes the crab meat, sea urchin, and truffle soft-boiled egg. The runny egg yolk combined with the fresh taste of crab meat and sea urchin, plus the aroma of black truffle, is really delicious😍 Pan-fried Japanese oysters and live abalone with crab meat nori sauce are also highlights of the set meal. The oysters🦪 are large, with 3 pieces, plump and tasty, very good! The live abalone with crab meat nori sauce further enriches the flavor, with large and chewy abalone🤤 For the main course, we chose the Kumamoto Prefecture A5 Wagyu thick steak and Spanish Iberian pork tenderloin. The Kumamoto A5 Wagyu is cooked just right, with tender and juicy meat, very delicious; the Iberian pork tenderloin is tender and smooth, with a rich pork flavor. The set meal also includes pan-fried wild vegetables and scallop tofu sea bream soup. The scallop tofu sea bream soup has a rich and fresh taste. Finally, the set meal concludes with black truffle salmon roe sea urchin cup fried rice and teppanyaki soufflé ice cream.
