Wuhan's only Tujia-style scenic spot—Jinligou, a place to view cherry blossoms

Spring breeze for ten miles is not as good as the splendid cherry blossoms in Jinligou. 20,000 cherry trees bloom like clouds and snow, covering the area in a burst of blooming, as if dyeing the entire spring with a tender pink hue. Wuhan's only Tujia-style scenic spot—Jinligou, where 20,000 cherry trees bloom in unison, spanning the entire scenic route. The grey and white of the Tujia stilted buildings meet the pink and white of the blooming cherry blossoms, creating a moving picture and a romantic atmosphere. Every year from early March to mid-to-late April, more than ten varieties of cherry blossoms in Jinligou, including Chinese cherry, weeping cherry, double-flowered cherry, Guanshan cherry, and late-blooming cherry, bloom on schedule. The scenic area is romantically and gently decorated everywhere.
