I ate there a few times last year, and the owner couldn't stop raving about Le Yang's puff pastry soup and pork chops. 😅 I was a little hungry at lunch but couldn't eat too much, so I decided to give it a try! Le Yang's prices are quite reasonable, with steaks starting at $180 and including puff pastry soup. 🤩 The freshly baked puff pastry soup was Taiwanese-style, a little sweet, and quite delicious. The owner kept asking for more. 😅 The owner ordered the pork and chicken combo for $310, and I ordered the sirloin for $230. He said he liked the seasoning of the previous pan-fried thick-cut pork chop. The sirloin had a slight $20 increase, but the flavor and texture were both pretty good. The owner said the chicken chop was the best, the steak second, and the pork chop last. 😂 After ordering, I told the owner I didn't want noodles for either steak, and he said he'd give us eggs instead! ❤️ After the meal, they also had ice cream, but the soup wasn't included. Youfu had the soup, not the ice cream. By the way, the service was very friendly. 👍
