The portion was just right for three people. I was craving soup since morning, and the water kimchi hit the spot! 😍 When the meat is almost cooked... Add bean sprouts on top. Start eating as soon as the bean sprouts are slightly wilted. We ordered steamed rice, and the complimentary miso soup that came with it was so delicious that it felt like my soul was healed. Sharing the rice with my friend, the owner kindly gave us an extra bowl of soup, which was incredibly touching.
