Here are my tips for your next trip to Zermatt: BEST THINGS TO DO: ⛷ - Take the stunning panoramic train to Gornergrat to enjoy breathtaking views of the Swiss alps and the Matterhorn - Visit the Zermatt Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. - Wander around the beautiful village and explore the amazing shops, restaurants, cafes and chocolate shops - Take a pic at the iconic wooden heart located at Blauherd BEST MOUNTAIN TERRACES: 🍹 - @chez_vrony : stunning views and delicious food. Tip: make sure to book in advance. - @blueloungezermatt : Amazing mountain terrace with incredible views and live DJ. - @adlerhitta : beautiful terrace with amazing views and great food BEST PLACE TO STAY: 🏡 @omnia.zermatt : Amazing mountain lodge with incredible indoor/outdoor pool, jacuzzi with Matterhorn view and a beautiful sun terrace with Matterhorn views in the heart of Zermatt. BEST CAFES:☕️ - @manud.zermatt for nice boho vibes and the best coffee in town - @fuchs.zermatt.bakery for delicious pastries & cakes HOW TO REACH ZERMATT? 🚂 Take the train from Geneva airport (approx. 3h40min) or Zurich airport (3h30min) which is the most convenient way to travel. Zermatt is car-free so if you are driving you need to park in Täsch.
