There aren't many varieties of food available, and the taste is average, meeting the basic needs of an executive lounge. The fitness space is not very large but is fully equipped with machines. It's quite motivating to work out in the morning while looking at the Macau sea view. The swimming pool has both indoor and outdoor areas. I particularly like the outdoor pool space, which has a true vacation vibe. Dining: The Huafa Sheraton has 5 restaurants, offering Cantonese cuisine, Japanese food, tea restaurants, and buffets. I tried the buffet breakfast, which was quite rich and tasted okay, but embarrassingly, since it was a holiday, there were so many people that I had to queue up and take a number for the first time. I like to stay on the balcony from afternoon until evening, enjoying the sea breeze. When the lights start to come on and it begins to drizzle, I don't have to think about work and the trivial matters of life. All the worries are left behind.
