Don Det Island
Don Det is an island in the Mekong River, part of the Si Phan Don archipelago in Champasak Province, southern Laos. Don Det, a small island in Si Phan Don, Laos, is part of a group of thousands of islands in the middle of the Mekong River. It is a popular tourist destination, second only to Don Khong. Both islands offer relaxing bungalow accommodations and a laid-back island lifestyle. From Don Det, you can arrange trips for rafting and kayaking. To get there, you can take a boat from Nakasang, and the boat ride to Don Det takes less than 10 minutes.
