Just got back from Switzerland, don't just sign up for any tour!
My 5 besties and I waited and waited for months, and finally we went to Switzerland! I regret not going sooner, I heard the scenery is even more beautiful in the summer.
This is the first of my Switzerland travel guides to avoid the pitfalls, I hope everyone can have a comfortable trip and experience the customs of Switzerland.
One super important thing to do before you go is to bring a Swiss adapter!!! You can also buy one locally for around 100 RMB. Remember to bring a power strip, otherwise you'll end up like me, taking turns charging different devices all night long 😭
、Try to buy daily necessities in large supermarkets, because the same bottle of water costs 30 RMB outside, but only 10 RMB here. I was so mad when I bought it, I'm talking about you, Kiosk. Recommended: Coop, Migros
、I don't really recommend shopping in Switzerland, their luxury goods have a 7.7% VAT, and the prices are even higher, and the tax refund you get is very small. So I didn't buy anything on this trip to Switzerland, it's not worth it. By the way, if you want to buy a watch, you can forget about Rolex and Patek Philippe, they don't sell to tourists.
、The stores close relatively early, they're closed by 7 or 8pm, and some restaurants are closed on weekends. Sisters who are used to eating something at night must check the opening hours. I recommend buying some sandwiches at the supermarket, some places are far away, and it's very convenient if you can't find a place to eat for a while.
、There are many local brands in Swiss pharmacies that are usually not exported. Some cosmetics are quite novel, so you can go and have a look if you have the chance.
I picked up a eyelash glue in the store at that time, and gave it to my sister who couldn't go, and she said it was very good.
This time we went to Switzerland, we found a local pure play tour group, and the 5 of us chartered a business car.
Their driver was really great, he was a post-90s who stayed here after studying in Europe and took this job. He told us a lot about the local customs and interesting stories, and later he invited us to eat local food and 🍺, we were laughing and talking all the way, the trip was really very happy!
It's really worry-free to meet a good driver, and by the way, his photography skills are also great, he helped us take a lot of photos!
We also agreed that next time we go to Italy, it will still be him ~ hahahaha
This time we had a comfortable 9-day trip, and it cost us an average of 30,000+ RMB per person, because we really like to eat, hahahaha.
Mainly the hotel, and the cost of chartering the car
The arrangement was still four-star, and we didn't have to worry about anything at all, it was so great
Before we went, we originally wanted to join a group, but after consulting a few companies, we found that their customized tour was more in line with our ideas, we didn't have to consider other issues at all, just play, play, play, eat, eat, eat, worry-free and effortless.
This is my first Switzerland travel guide sharing, in the next few days I will post the photos I've edited at home, and try to post a few more hahaha!
Sisters who want to see it, give me a wave of likes and favorites hahahaha!
