We had a fantastic day enjoying superb wine and great company. Our guide, Brian, was not only very knowledgeable but also warm, friendly, and engaging—we really loved spending the day with him. From the flexible scheduling to the seamless coordination of pickup and drop-off, everything was organized smoothly and professionally. The staff at Frasers were fantastic. Karen at concierge was incredibly helpful and facilitated our early check-in smoothly. Hayden at the Lobby Lounge was very welcoming and shared great recommendations for their specialty drinks. During dinner at Lucce, a young waiter kindly brought me a scarf and warm water when the air conditioning felt chilly. We truly appreciated the hospitality and look forward to returning soon!

Lovely lunch venue today for a quick business lunch. Only a short trip away from Ashford International taking only 40 minutes away from central London - Kings Cross St Pancreas International by train.
