The atmosphere is clean and the staff is friendly and nice. The food was a little salty, but if you ask them separately, they will make it less salty.

The food looks really good as you can see. And it's an open kitchen, so it's trustworthy, and you can ask for the meat to be grilled as much as you want, and it was delicious. The only regret is that there are many menus that are not available due to lack of ingredients because it's popular. And the chairs don't have backs, so it was uncomfortable! The interior of the cafe is clean with white tones and is a sunny restaurant. And the packaging is so cute. The price range is 4,000 won for scones and 2,500 to 3,000 won for Hwinangsi. It's not cheap, but considering the price of desserts these days, it's not that expensive! I personally recommend the Red Velvet Cream Cheese Hwinangsi. It was really delicious.

#Amusement park A military theme park located in a really random place. There is Muan Station and Duam Restaurant nearby, so it is probably a good place to take a leisurely look around after eating. #IndoorDate DuamSikdang is a traditional restaurant in Mongtan famous for its straw-grilled pork. It is a very popular place not only in the region but also nationwide, and it is one of the representative restaurants in Muan and Jeonnam that you should visit at least once. #MuanRestaurant #PorkGrill

Getting There - Namak Riverside Park is located in Muan and is easily accessible by bus #1 from downtown Mokpo, or a short taxi ride. Attractions - The park provides peace and relaxation. There is a cycling path, a hiking trail and ample exrecise equipment. The duck pond has many species of birds and fish. There are good picnic spots and a variety of fauna and flora for nature lovers. Well worth a day out.

Highlights - There are loads of shops, a good selection of restaurants and a kids cafe. There is something for everyone and it provides a good day out with the family. Worth a visit if you are in the area.

Today, I'm going to share my review of "Baek Chun-hee Baekban Jeongsik" located in Muan, Jeollanam-do. I had some business in Muan and was wondering where to eat lunch, so I visited this place after a local's recommendation. It was a satisfying meal beyond my expectations. Now, let's start my honest review! Location and first impressions Baek Chun-hee Baekban Jeongsik is located in Seongnae-ri, Muan-eup, Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do. The exact address is 164-5 Seongnae-ri, Muan-eup, Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do, so it's quite convenient to access from downtown Muan. There's also a parking lot in front of the store, so it was easy to visit by car. The exterior looks simple and has a typical neighborhood restaurant feel, but when I opened the door and went in, I was greeted by a clean interior and warm atmosphere. Menu and prices The signature menu here is, of course, "Baekban Jeongsik." The price is 10,000 won per person (as of April 2025), which is really reasonable considering the current prices. I wondered if I could eat my fill with just one set meal, but when the food actually came out, the portions were generous and there were plenty of side dishes, so my worries quickly disappeared. There were no additional menus or drinks, but I was completely satisfied with just one set meal. Food taste and composition The food came out in less than 5 minutes after ordering. Just looking at the set meal on the table made my mouth water. Basically, rice, beef radish soup, and 10-11 side dishes came out, but I heard that the side dishes change slightly depending on the season. When I went, kimchi, rolled eggs, bean sprout salad, japchae, boiled pork, and braised radish and raw fish came out. In particular, the braised fish was not salty but had just the right amount of seasoning, and the radish was well-cooked, making it perfect to eat with rice. The beef radish soup had a rich flavor, and each side dish was not spicy but felt like a clean home-cooked meal, so I felt comfortable while eating it. The rice was freshly cooked, so it was shiny, and the portions were generous, so I didn't have to worry about being hungry. Personally, I kept reaching for the kimchi because it was spicy and had a deep flavor. They said that side dish refills were available, but I didn't need to refill because the portions were so large. Atmosphere and service The restaurant's atmosphere was quiet and cozy. There were no customers because it was before lunch time, but there were quite a few customers when I left after eating, but I was able to eat leisurely without feeling noisy or crowded. The owner and staff were friendly, so they answered my questions with a smile, and they took good care of me while I was eating. In particular, since it's a place that many locals visit, I felt the warmth that is typical of local restaurants. Overall review Muan Baek Chun-hee Baekbanjeongsik doesn't have a fancy or special menu, but it's the perfect place for those who want a simple and sincere meal. Muan Daega Bone Haejangguk Local Recommended Restaurant Hello, this is Daniel! Today, I'm going to tell you about my visit to "Daega Bone Haejangguk" located in Muan, Jeollanam-do. I had a chance to visit Muan, so I asked the locals for a restaurant recommendation, and they all unanimously mentioned "Daega Bone Haejangguk." I visited with high expectations, but was it really as rumored? I'll start my review now! Location and first impressions Daega Bone Haejangguk is located at 16 Myeonseong 1-gil, Muan-eup, Muan-gun. It's near Muan-gun Office, so it's easy to access, and there's ample parking, so it was easy to get there by car. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I noticed the familiar old restaurant feel and the open kitchen. I went to the open run...but the customers came in faster than the food came out...so there was a waiting line right away. But that doesn't mean the food came out slowly. (For reference, if it's not the open run, you might have to wait in line during peak lunch hours, so plan your time wisely!) Menu and ordering The menu was simple. The main menu item is bone haejangguk, and the price is 10,000 won, which is good value for money. The side dishes were basic, such as chive salad, kimchi, and pickled radish, but they were fresh and neat. Taste review The bone haejangguk finally came out! As soon as I took the first spoonful, I could feel the deep savory flavor in the broth. The deep flavor was added to the rich broth made by boiling the bones, making it perfect for hangover relief. There was a lot of meat, and the meat was so soft that it easily fell off the bones. The portion was generous, so it was really satisfying for me who came hungry. The best way to eat it is to remove the meat from the bones and dip it in chive salad. Atmosphere and service The atmosphere of the restaurant was comfortable and simple. The owner and staff were also friendly, so I ate in a good mood. However, they said they close early when they run out of ingredients, so if you go late, I recommend calling to check if they are open. Overall Review Muan Daega Bone Haejangguk lives up to its reputation as a local restaurant, and the taste, quantity, and cost-effectiveness are all satisfactory. If you go to Muan, be sure to stop by. I would 100% visit again next time! The business hours are from 11 AM to 3 PM, but please note that it is closed on Sundays.
