Wat Mahathat, Phichit Province Located in the Phichit Old City Park, it is an important historical site that reflects the past prosperity of Phichit. It is surrounded by shady nature with large trees providing shade. There is a Sri Lankan-style pagoda, an ancient pagoda that is still left for visitors to see. In front of the pagoda, there is a structure of a nine-room temple. Nearby is Chalawan Cave, a cave with a deep hole dug into the ground, approximately 1 meter wide, 1.5 meters long, and 4 meters deep. Currently, the cave has been buried by landslides until it is shallow.
