Nine Hours Hamamatsucho is only a 3-minute walk from JR Yamanote Line Hamamatsucho Station, and the rooftop lounge offers a great view of Tokyo Tower. It is cheap, beautiful and clean! Girls are on different floors and have separate elevators, so there is a certain degree of safety for women.
