After a 10-day trip to Korea, we came back and made an appointment to have a meal to balance it out. Come to Pizzeria at Cotton Tree Terrace inside the Murray Hotel for pizza. This place focuses on ready-to-order Italian Napoli handmade pizza. Because it was raining that day, we changed from the tent outside to eat inside the restaurant. However, you can usually sit outside and Chill to drink and eat pizza. First came half a dozen oysters with champagne. The oysters were large and plump and sweet, with a strong seawater flavor. Highlights - We visited during the Restaurant Week with the dinner set menu at $298, which is a better deal but the usual dinner set is also friendly to your wallet at just $398. For starters there were Salmon Tartare or Pumpkin Soup to choose from. The Salmon Tartare is really delightful with a nice citrus sauce. For main course, Duck Confit (+$98), Roasted Garoupa or Mushroom Risotto. The confit is crispy and aromatic outside, laid on a bed of kales leaves. The garoupa was savoury in flavor and served with fish roes in a cream sauce. We also ordered a carbonara for our little one, it was so rich and creamy. The after meal drink menu offers a wide range of variety - you can even order Yin-Yan tea! The cake menu was also a delight - the opera seems to be a must try and turns out to be so true with rich chocolate flavor. The Yuzu cheesecake on the other hand was light and fragrant. With glasses for wine ordered, the bill comes to about $1100 for three. #food
