For anyone who is going to do business in the city near Din Daeng, I recommend Buplace. The place to stay is clean, the rooms are spacious, there is a free swimming pool, it is very easy to find food. There is a 7-Eleven downstairs of the hotel. There are many restaurants in the alleys. The only downside is that the alley to the hotel is a bit narrow. Other than that, I don't know what to criticize. Although the hotel is old, the interior still looks new. I recommend it. #hotel thailand BU Place Hotel is a very nice hotel we stayed almost 5 days which was a good experience, their wifi was stable, swimming pool was nice, they also had fitness and table tennis for customers. Near by have alots of restaurants to eat plus a 7-11. They didn't have toothpaste, toothbrush or etc, just remember to bring your own things before check-in. Deposit is required. I will sure go again for this hotel.

Address - Get off at Phra Ram 9 station and take a motorcycle taxi for a bit. If you've never been there, it might feel like it's quite far away. But I've stayed there more than 2-3 times and it's very convenient. Plus, there's a Jim Jum restaurant in front of the hotel that's very delicious!!! Atmosphere/Location - It's okay. There are a lot of people walking around all the time. It's safe. There are a lot of restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and security guards are on duty all the time. The staff are lovely and polite. Highlights - The room is spacious, clean, and not stuffy. It's new. It feels like you're at home/in a condo. It's very good. There's a fitness center! There's a swimming pool and a pool table! Average price per person - One room costs around 850 baht. If you go with 2 people, it's only about 400 baht per person. Score - 100/10 I have to say it's very good. I recommend it. This is where we took our family. It was very convenient for our grandmother and the elderly. There were tables and sofas. B.U. Place Hotel is a semi-apartment hotel that is open for both daily and monthly stays. This place is very suitable for long-term stays because the facilities are really complete. There is a fitness center 🏋🏽, a large swimming pool 🏊🏼‍♂️, and a sauna 😶‍🌫️. From what I have observed, there are many foreigners staying here. Because this place is like an apartment that has been converted into a hotel, the rooms are very spacious and also have large balconies. The air conditioner is very cold even though the room is spacious. The refrigerator is a medium size that is much faster than a mini refrigerator. The disadvantage of the room that I found is that the hot water system is not very good. I have to take a cold shower 🥶 The maid comes to clean every day, refill the drinking water bottles, and change the towels. I heard that if you stay monthly, there is also a maid service, but how many times a week depends on the conditions. The location of the hotel is quite far from the BTS, but the hotel has a van service 🚐 that picks up and drops off every hour. Below the building is a 7-Eleven🏪, a pharmacy💊, and next there will be an Amazon coffee shop☕️. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area because it is close to the community. The facilities are complete and the location of cheap food like this is not enough to stay for one day. For those looking for long-term accommodation, I would recommend B.U. Place Hotel. Had a chance to stay in early September. Got a Grand room for less than 1,000 per night. With bathtub, very large room. Has refrigerator, wardrobe, sofa, work desk, very chill balcony. Comfortable stay, complete basic equipment, easy to travel. There is a 7-Eleven in front of the hotel, easy to travel in and out. There is a maid to clean even though we stayed more than 1 night.
