I made an appointment with a good friend to eat a new dish at Zishan Restaurant in Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing Hotel, Cantonese roast duck, or to be more precise, roast duck. The crispy duck skin and the tender duck meat are a perfect combination. Every bit of the duck meat is soaked in the mellow aroma of the braised sauce. It is super satisfying to take a bite.
