This was our 3rd time on the same stretch of beautiful beach in Bintan, shared by the 3 sister resorts of Banyan Tree, Angsana, and Cassia. We’ve stayed at the first 2 previously and thought we’d give their newest addition a try. Cassia is for the younger crowd, with a cheery decor. Not quite our vibe, but the good thing is, you can choose to dine or get a massage at any of the other 2 resorts so the options are aplenty. We had an indulgent Indonesian spread at the restaurant in Banyan Tree! But that beach… It keeps calling us back. #bintan #cassia #banyantree

The good: Service - Staff are generally polite. They smile and greet when they see you. Activities - Quite a variety of activities such as water sports (kayaking, swimming pool, educational conservation efforts, fishing) Clean beach - Beach is well maintained. Nice experience to walk along the shores. The not so good: Location - Not so accessible. Once you’re in the resort, you’re kinda stuck in the area with no nearby eateries or shopping area except within the resort which has overpriced restaurants food. A simple meal can easily cost you USD25 per pax. Breakfast - Selection is mediocre. As the cafeteria is open-air area together with the lobby, it is quite disturbing to see flies & birds flying around. Room - It is generally clean. The only downside was that my faulty door wasn’t able to auto lock when I left the room. Fortunately the staff agreed to change a new room for us. #beachlife #bintan

Had a great 4d3n at Cassia Bintan! The staff are super friendly and they made it a point to remember our names! For those of you who will be staying here soon, do prepare your own snacks/food as the options here are limited. If you're planning to cook in the room (heavy cooking not reco), they do have simple ingredients available for sale (meat, prawns, vege) just remember to bring your seasoning. In terms of activities, they don't really have a lot. I've attached screenshots of the activities from Friday - Sunday for reference. Not sure the cost though! Best to check with them before you go. This apartment is suitable for a group of friends or a small family as it can sleep about 4 people. It was value for money for the price. Food options were limited as there were only Vista which opens during the whole day and Xana beach club which opens in the evening. We tried to walk to Angsana hotel's lotus cafe to try another restaurant but it was closed. You could however walk to another lovely restaurant at Banyan Tree located at the end of the stretch of beach. Breakfast spread could be improved as the variety were almost the same during 3D2N stay. Love the private stretch of beach they shared together with Angsana and Banyan tree. There are also complimentary and paid in-house activities that you can book with front desk. The staff were friendly and polite, although their service were slightly slow (likely due to shortage of manpower). #passionpassport

Casia Bintan has made this new year of 2025 truly delightful. Their hospitality is genuinely humble. This is the ideal place for anyone wanting to have get-togethers with friends and family， especially for couples looking for quality time. The accommodations， facilities， food， and atmosphere offered by Casia are top-notch. Numerous recreational activities and wellness retreats are led by some of the best instructors at Casia. A special thanks to our wellness coach， Mr. Dinesh ji， for making us feel at home with his outstanding sound healing and yoga sessions. His deep yoga knowledge and magical touch during sound healings are commendable. His great sense of humor adds a cherry to the cake! All the staff members are kind and approachable. The administration is fully equipped with any travel information related to Bintan and for assistance within Casia. Meeting Ms. Tasia Fau， the manager at Casia， was a pleasure—because of her， our stay became the most memorable. We are grateful for her kind conduct and warm gestures， which sparked a wish to visit Casia， Bintan again. Just got back from a short but sweet 2D1N trip to Bintan, and I have to say – Cassia Bintan was the highlight of our stay! From the moment we checked in, everything felt easy and relaxing. The resort is modern yet cozy, and perfect for couples, families, or even small groups of friends. We stayed in a spacious loft-style room, which was modern, clean, and well-maintained. The high ceilings and large windows made the space feel airy and bright, and we loved having a kitchenette and living area to chill in. It felt more like a home than a hotel room & 1 room could easily sleep up to 4-5 people rather than 2. Breakfast the next morning was surprisingly good – lots of variety with both local and Western options. The staff were warm and friendly too. There was also a private (& clean) beach, as well as a pool with some night activities. It was the perfect escape from the city. #springitinerary Went for a short relaxing trip to Bintan Angsana late April. Felt recharged and rejuvenated after a 3D2N beach getaway on the island. Scenery was amazing and beautiful. Resort staffs were very friendly and approachable, and even called out my name while passing by.

Located 10 mins away from ferry terminal , one of the more affordable resorts at Bintan . Direct access to the beach & a pool that overlooks the sea . Not to worry about dirty sea after a downpour , they have daily clean up service to ensure guests safety . Room is okay . Mini kitchenette but nothing to cook 😅 there is no convenience store nearby only in the resort so definitely prices are on the higher side . Bed is slightly hard & the aircon leaks . No smart TV but sufficient channels . It be a plus point if you have the room facing the sea . The island is an hour ferry ride away from Singapore Ferry Terminal, well known for its scenic beauty and tranquil ambiance. Perfect for a family beach vacation, this resort features spacious apartments with kitchen, a living areas and balcony overlooking the South China Sea. Take part in the daily watersport activities for a full day of family fun. There's also a golf course and bicycles to rent for free. It's a memorable island getaway!!

Spent 3 nights, 4 days at Cassia Bintan. Our 2 room apartment had lovely view of the sea. Leaving open the balcony door, we enjoyed the sound of the waves and lovely constant sea breeze. We really enjoyed the beautiful sea view and spending time at the beach.#cassiabintan Check with the resort. As there are different free activities scheduled such as Nature hike, biking, zumba, etc. The small kitchen prompted us to have our little steamboat dinner. We only had to buy meat,vegetables & soup stock. Cooking pot & utensils were provided. Booking a driver for the day allowed us to spend the day sightseeing and shopping in Tanjong Pinang ( about 1 hour away). My 7 yr old nephew enjoyed the pool at the resort. The inckuded daily breakfast was adequate.
