Occupying the entire floor, it has clear lighting on three sides and a wide view. Guests can choose to sit indoors with air conditioning or outdoors with fans and green plants. The restaurant has an open kitchen similar to Din Tai Fung, where you can watch the chefs cooking and baking through the glass. The brunch here is quite sumptuous, but unfortunately I just finished eating #郭炎松 beef soup, so I only ordered a glass of orange Americano and a thousand-layer puff pastry. As expected, it has its own baking kitchen, and the cakes are delicious and beautiful. Whether it is the outdoor seats or the indoor sofas, ROAST coffee & eatery gives people a very leisurely and relaxing atmosphere. The most important thing is that the exposed concrete building itself is clean and not dirty. With the addition of green plants, the overall texture is greatly improved. Collected the second theCOMMONS located in Thong Lor area. This building exudes a strong industrial vibe, constructed with layers of exposed concrete. The cool concrete tones are softened by green plants and wooden furniture, making the space feel more welcoming and relaxed, naturally putting you in a chill mood. Originally an abandoned factory, it has been renovated and transformed into its current new look. theCOMMONS Thonglor is a mixed-use space, featuring not only cafes and restaurants but also yoga studios, children's craft play areas, cooking classes, hair salons, and more, making it closer to local life. In this space, you can freely choose your favorite corner or seat, easily socialize, work on your laptop, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and daydream, whatever you want! theCOMMONS Thonglor is full of literary vibes, with a high-ceilinged lobby and industrial metal ceiling fans. They toast their own beans and have reusable cups for sale at a super reasonable price. There’s an upstairs for additional seating and the vibe is so chill. It's got a relaxed vibe for a place located in thonglor. On our first visit, we ended up coming back 3 times in 2 days because the coffee is so good. They have delicious pastries too. They use good oat milk. If you like your matcha strong and frothy, this is the place to go. It was so good I came back to get another in the evening and the owner was so kind he made my matcha even stronger since I told him I like it this way. We also got some pastries and coffee and they were nice as well. The brownie is divine. Pretty happy with the service too!
