The best coffee we had in Kyoto. During our stay we came back there three times. We can also recommend the food they serve which is also vegan. The staff there is great too. They can speak english and give wonderful recommendations. The banana bread was excellent. There were different flavours and we went for the blueberry banana cake. Soft, moist and not too sweet. The drip coffee was a great boost to the morning. Coffee lovers will especially enjoy this place. Also ordered the egg salad breakfast focaccia sandwich, which was perfect and very well priced for the quality. This is a nice cafe with decent selection of matcha's and coffees. The full glass window allows natural light to enter, creating a very refreshing feeling while enjoying the aromatic coffee. There isn't much food option avail, but a slice of home-made banana cake is enough to keep the morning going. The coffee was good (oat milk) and they have a tamago toast (toast with vegan egg) which was just delicious. The egg-Alternative is selfmade and outstanding! They also have banana bread, cookies and scones, all vegan! If you stay for a second coffee it will cost less than the first.
