It’s time for a dinner for two again! I went to Sai Wan for dinner before and found a new French restaurant that claims that the recipes are designed and made by French chefs, providing the most authentic French flavor! I decided to try it today!
The main design is based on the ocean and shells, and there is also a wine storage room like an underground wine cellar. It really feels like being in France! Set Dinner $378, including appetizers, main dishes and desserts!

Brittany Fish Soup, very refreshing fish soup, rich fish flavor, fresh and sweet! Served with crispy garlic buns and shredded cheese, diners can add more by themselves, so delicious!
Escargots de Bourgogne, shelled sirloin, is a common dish in French cuisine! It is baked with a lot of garlic, thyme and other herbs, and then topped with a layer of puff pastry, which you can dip in the sauce and eat together. It is so delicious!
There are 6 main dishes in total. The first choice is Duck Confit, which is the most common French dish. The second is Beef Burgundy, which is recommended by the staff!

Of course, the dessert must be crepe! I ordered one each of Crepe Les Voiles de Saint Tropez & Crepe La Liegoise! I love the sea salt caramel! The crepe is chewy and has a strong egg flavor. The crust is thin enough, but it has a texture when you put it in your mouth. It's awesome!
I had another Kir Breton, made from Apple Cider and Blackcurrant Liquor. The alcohol taste was not too strong and it went down my throat smoothly, but it turned out to have a bit of an aftertaste!
