Dongping Lake, the second largest freshwater lake in Shandong Province, is the only remaining water area of the 800-mile Liangshan Water Bay described in Water Margin, known as the "Little Dongting". We drove on the most beautiful lake road, with beautiful lake and mountain scenery along the way. We saw a pier and stopped to check it out. We saw fishermen returning from fishing with a full load.
