[Enoshima Sightseeing] Enjoy the spectacular view of Shonan🏝️✨
Enoshima, a representative tourist spot in Shonan, is a small island packed with nature, history, and gourmet food🏝️
When you walk across the Benten Bridge across the sea, you'll find yourself in another world.
The famous shirasu donburi restaurants lining the approach to the shrine, the stylish cafes, the slopes surrounding Enoshima Shrine, and the panoramic view of Sagami Bay from the top of the island will make you forget your daily life✨
Enoshima Iwaya, located at the very back of the island, is a mysterious cave formed by wave erosion and is said to be the birthplace of Enoshima Shrine.
It consists of the First Iwaya (152m deep) and the Second Iwaya (56m deep), and is known as a power spot where the dragon god legend remains🪄
It is said that Minamoto no Yoritomo and Kobo Daishi also visited, so it is a place of great historical value.
The Market SE1, located near the top of Enoshima, is a hidden gem of a cafe that's perfect for a break☕️
The specialty is freshly baked apple pie made with local ingredients🍎
The crispy pie with the soft apple and vanilla ice cream is a delicious treat that will blow away the fatigue of sightseeing.
I had the strawberry cake of the day 🍰✨
