Hirano Shrine is an ancient shrine built by Emperor Huanwu, who moved the capital to Kyoto during the Heian period. There are dozens of species, about 500 precious cherry blossoms, and the number ranks first in Kyoto. "Peach cherry" blooms in mid-March, which is inversely proportional to the "Sakura of the Temple" which blooms later in Heren Temple. In early April, 500 cherry blossoms are in full bloom, and there is a night-time cherry blossom viewing event, and a cherry blossom festival will be held on April 10.
