With over 50 different dishes and ingredients, I was unsure what to eat, but I personally enjoyed the chawanmushi. I think it's quite rare for a breakfast buffet. I was happy to be able to choose the toppings for my omelette, and they also had sparkling wine, so I enjoyed it.
