Hotel is located near JR ueno Station and walking distance about 5mins. Is convenient when coming from Narita airport when taking the skyliner. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is small but is clean. Toiletries are provided. The downside is you only can leave your luggages with them if you have a return reservation, if not you only can leave with them on the same day only upon checkout.
