Sorbin has become synonymous with shaved ice lol I chose Shine Muscat Bingsu and Chocolate Matcha Bingsu based on the photos. I thought the Shine Muscat was an actual fruit, but it was actually ice cream like Ice Cream. And instead of the old-fashioned condensed milk shaved ice, you add the condensed milk yourself.
