The red main color and Christmas decorations give it a Disney feel. All the staff were wearing red dresses. I don’t know if it was intentional or to cater to the need for seasonal clothing in the Christmas style, but it just felt great. Upon arrival at the hotel, a concierge helped to open the door and take the luggage, and then sent me to the front desk for check-in. The front desk was very enthusiastic and professional, and quickly checked me in. I was informed that the room could not be cleaned, but the executive lounge was still open. In addition to breakfast on the G floor, afternoon tea and happy hour were available in the lounge. At the same time, because our room included breakfast, the welcome gift included two drink coupons and a luxurious large fruit plate. After checking in, we arranged for the concierge to deliver our luggage to the room. After we declined, we took it to the elevator. This can be said to be a benchmark service.
