[Seoul/Gwangjang Market] Yukhoe bibimbap at a long-established yukhoe restaurant
Yukhoe Bibimbap is definitely in the top 5 of things to eat when you go to Korea.
This time, I'm going to a Yukhoe restaurant in Gwangjang Market.
There are several restaurants, but this time I'm going to the long-established "Yukkoke 매집".
By the way, it's a historic restaurant that has been selling Yukhoe for 1,000 won per plate since 1974 in Gwangjang Market, making Gwangjang Market a mecca for Yukhoe!!
I've been going there for years, but this is the first time I've heard of it.
It was a really awkward time, but for some reason I felt like eating rice, so I had Yukhoe Bibimbap. Yukhoe Bibimbap is a snack lol.
It's been a while since I've had soup with radish and meat.
I also wanted to eat raw liver, but I had plans for the evening, so I'll have to wait until next time!
Other than the market, there are other Yukhoe restaurants that I'm interested in, so I'd like to go there when it cools down.
