This restaurant, Yukhoe Jamaejip, was recommended by a Korean friend. There are three locations in the market, and there is no waiting list. The food is fresh and delicious! When I'm in Seoul and want to eat Yukhoe, I always go to this restaurant ^ ^ There are many Korean customers in the restaurant, but they also have a Japanese menu. Today I chose Yukhoe Tantangi and Liver. Liver and Omasum are also available in half sizes, and the photo shows the half size. Yukhoe Bibimbap is definitely in the top 5 of things to eat when you go to Korea. This time, I'm going to a Yukhoe restaurant in Gwangjang Market. There are several restaurants, but this time I'm going to the long-established "Yukkoke 매집". By the way, it's a historic restaurant that has been selling Yukhoe for 1,000 won per plate since 1974 in Gwangjang Market, making Gwangjang Market a mecca for Yukhoe!! This is a recommended restaurant if you are staying near Dongdaemun. The touch screen menu is also available in Japanese. It is delicious even without the nearby Buchon Yukhoe. It's a lonely street late at night, but the inside is very clean and warm with underfloor heating. When I visited Seoul, I had a craving for Yukhoe, so I went to Gwangjang Market. The first photo is Yukhoe + pear + octopus. The second photo is Yukhoe + rice + pear. In Korea, the food is about two servings, so I recommend visiting with two or more people. I visited around lunchtime, and was able to enter the restaurant smoothly, and the food was served immediately after ordering. Buchon Yukhoe is very famous for being a Michelin star, but the nearby Yukhoe Chamechi was also the best! I prefer the taste here too! A very kind lady welcomes you. I received a sticker when I left!

This is Yukhoe Chamechi in Gwangjang Market, Seoul. If you take the subway line 1, Jongno 5-ga station, exit 8 and walk straight, you will find it on your left.
