Dalian Jinlong Temple National Forest Park.
Dalian Jinlong Temple National Forest Park
I climbed 888 steps, the air at the top of the mountain is very good, I feel that I can forget the pressure accumulated in a week of work, and it is really comfortable when I feel the wind. The subway line 2 goes to Hongjin Road and exits from Exit B. It is the 906 terminal station. Get off at Jinlong Temple Forest Park and the opposite side of the road is Dalian.

Jinlong Temple National Forest Park (Dalian City, Liaoning Province)
Jinlong Temple National Forest Park features undulating mountains, continuous ranges, dense forests, and clear vegetation layers. The forest is well-arranged with open views and strong permeability. The park is dotted with strange rocks, lush green grass, beautiful scenery, and a pleasant environment. The climate is comfortable, and more than 30 species of birds and various animals can be seen from time to time.
Mirror Lake Delight: The park has two artificial lakes, Jinlong Lake and Lingjiao Lake, where a variety of water entertainment activities can be carried out. There is a fishing pond under Jinlong Lake for visitors to fish. The beautiful scenery of Mirror Lake and the pleasure of fishing make it a feast for the eyes.
Green Wilderness Breeze: Jinlong Temple National Forest Park is known as the closest national forest park to a city in China and is praised as the "urban natural oxygen bar".
Fragrant Locust in the Valley: In May, the locust trees' branches and leaves are adorned with clusters of locust flowers, which exude a delightful fragrance. Walking among them is an endless joy.
Various Strange Rocks: The park is home to numerous strange rocks standing among the mountains, lifelike and full of charm, truly embodying the spirit of the Buddha.
Thousand Steps to the Mountain: The park boasts the longest mountain climbing steps in Dalian, with 999 steps leading to the highest mountain in the Dalian urban area. Climbing the 999 steps to reach the 406-meter-high mountain, visitors can enjoy the ancient city wall and the remnants of fortifications, trenches, and defensive works left from the Russo-Japanese War.
