A ramen shop with a high return rate🍜
A frequent ramen shop🍜
First time to this Japanese ramen chain in Tin Hau, in fact, before trying its other branches, chicken white ramen made me deeply like this ramen shop, its ramen goodness really can not get tired of eating, and this time to choose to eat different soups of ramen, kind of make me fresh feeling! 🤪
This time I tried two ramen, both bowls served with slow-cooked chicken breast and Japanese char siu, tender in the mouth and super cool, however I think the most important thing in a bowl of ramen is the soup.
🍜 Salt flavored ramen
The soup of this bowl is simply Japanese kelp clear soup, slightly felt too light, however clear to the bottom visible actually very healthy.
🍜Spicy ramen
This bowl of soup really tastes Japanese spicy taste, not too spicy and not too heavy taste to cover the essence of ramen food, like to eat spicy worth a try.
🥟 Japanese dumplings
The heat is controlled just right, and the fried rice is crispy and crispy!
However, overall, these two bowls of ramen are not as good as the store recommended chicken white ramen, the appearance of the broth is the best, the chicken white broth ratio is strong enough, the taste is heavy enough I prefer, however occasionally want to try other noodles to compare. 😊
