Well, this time we're bringing you DAY 2, when we checked out of the hotel. I can almost hear you saying, "Didn't I eat a little too much?" 🤭 There are so many cafes I want to visit in Kagawa, I still can't go enough 😋 Toiro Coffee's peach parfait was so delicious, I want to go again! It's full of peaches and has cheese at the bottom 🍑💕🍑💕🧀 We went during lunch time and the priority is to serve food, so it takes 40 minutes to an hour for dessert to be brought out, but it's worth it😍🍑💓 The second lunch at Ne no Ne. The hotel I'm introducing this time is Craft Hotel Setouchi❣️ There are no TVs in the rooms, but I found out why after staying there🌈 Yes, the conclusion is! I don't need a TV😆 There are so many great services and I enjoyed myself so much that I forgot about time🥹 The sauna was the best of my life🧖♀️💕 My friend who went with me didn't like saunas, but it was so amazing that he got hooked on this trip😍 In the sauna at night, you get into the cold bath, lie down on the grass, and relax while looking at the stars⭐️🌌 It's rare to have such a luxurious time🤤 ・ ・ ・ When I looked around, everyone was gathered by the pool, chatting and enjoying the sauna. The Kawazu Cherry Blossom Festival is held each year from early February to early March in the city of Kawazu, located on the Izu Peninsula. Visiting here felt like being transported into a fairytale. The beauty of the flowers in full bloom was absolutely breathtaking. We traveled here by car from Tokyo near the beginning of March. The flowers were in full bloom and truly stunning. 📍Shiratori Shrine, Kagawa Prefecture Shiratori Shrine has a site of about 130,000 square meters, and there are various things to see within the large grounds. The area around the shrine is called "Shiratori no Matsubara" (Swan Pine Grove) because it is close to the coast and many pine trees grow on the sand. Because it is close to the sea, the wind is strong, and it seems that pines were planted to protect the shrine, and currently about 1,500 pines grow there. Many windmills have been installed in the corridor leading to "Otsurumon", and it has become a popular spot at Shiratori Shrine. This is an initiative that started in September 2021, and it is filled with the wish that "good winds will blow and things will go well." The number of windmills, which was originally about 500, has now more than doubled, and the colors change with the seasons. Actually, this is a popular spot where you can see early-blooming Kawazu cherry blossoms, Kawazu Sakura Road in Higashikagawa, Kagawa Prefecture This is a typical spot that heralds spring in Kagawa Prefecture, where about 80 Kawazu cherry blossoms are lined up along the east bank of the Minato River for about 300 meters! Coming from Osaka, we crossed Awaji Island and the Naruto Kaikyo Bridge to the Craft Hotel Setouchi in Kagawa Prefecture. The first thing you see when you enter the lobby is a very stylish courtyard. There is a shallow pool, and the triangular roofed building you can see in the back is a chapel sauna. The chapel, which was originally used as a wedding church, has been renovated into a sauna. You can experience a luxurious "totonoi" experience in the cold bath and pool right in front of you! I was surprised that they turned the chapel into a sauna while leaving it as it was, and I was amazed at how well and cutely designed it was. The shower room was very spacious and clean, and it was very good. The dinner was a luxurious meal made with local ingredients that are famous in Kagawa Prefecture. What! Apparently the menu was supervised by a chef from a members-only Italian restaurant in Tokyo. Everything I ate was delicious, and the portions were great! 😆 Then, after a little walk at night, I ordered a stylish drink inspired by the Seto Inland Sea at the BAR lounge. Float this in the lit-up pool...😍 So luxurious❤️ If you stay here, you should definitely try this⭐️!
