They also have an ice cream stand and a separate dessert house! The decorations were so cute and perfect. I was so happy they gave a proper guide on how their food could be eaten! It made me feel closer to the culture and the people. P.S. the meat/topping they originally have in their portion is quite plenty so, only order one more topping if you can handle. don’t end up like my boyfriend because we had to cancel plans for the rest of the day 😭

I ordered the most typical northern Thai chicken curry noodles. The moment it was served, I felt very ceremonial. The chicken was roasted with a musket and cut thinner than other restaurants. The crispy noodles were served separately, and diners could mix them into the soup or eat them directly because of their crispness. First mix the coconut milk into the soup, then take a sip of the thick soup, which tastes sweet but not spicy. The skin on the chicken is very thin, and it becomes more fragrant and thinner after being roasted, which enhances the taste of the chicken, but it is not as tender as traditional chicken legs. I ordered a side dish of flying fish roe. I mixed a little bit of it into the soup first to enhance the flavor, then added it to the chicken to bring out another flavor. I mixed it into a mouthful of noodles to enhance the overall taste. They offer Khao soi with chicken, pork or beef and in soup and dry variants. Of course souped chicken is the best and true to authentic khaosoi but if you prefer other meats its definitely a great swap. Soup is also superior to dry in my opinion.
