We really like the Rayong sea these days. We want to go sit and chill. 🤍🌊
Koh Talu, Rayong Province ⛰️🌴🌊
Another island with clear water, white sandy beaches, and most importantly, a great feel.
This place is under the care of Khao Laem Ya-Mu Ko Samet National Park, 6 kilometers east of Koh Kuti and 12 kilometers from Koh Samet. Most of the area is dense forest. The west side is a steep cliff. The east and south have clean white sandy beaches, clear water, and abundant coral reefs suitable for snorkeling and scuba diving. The east side is the location of the pier. Aquatic animals that can be found include stingrays, sea urchins, brain corals, tiger conchs, clownfish, and sea anemones. The waves in front of the island are calm.
A distinctive feature of the Laem Hin area is that there is a naturally occurring cavity in the rocks. The gap in the middle allows seawater to pass through, which is the origin of the island's name. On the island, there is a way up to the viewpoint on the west side, which is mostly a cliff. The path is quite narrow, about 200 meters long, and this is above the cavity that can be seen from the boat. Underwater is the point where you can dive. And if it's during high tide, you can use a boat to sail through this hole.
