I wanted to try glamping!!! So I went!!! (I booked through Jalan and used the nationwide travel discount, so it was less than 20,000 yen, so I stayed for less than 10,000 yen per person) ⚫︎Welcome drinks, sweets, and coffee are free☕️ ※When I went there, there was red and white wine, lactic acid bacteria drinks, Umaibo, and melon bread cookies🍪 Each tent has a coffee mill, so you can bring beans from the front desk and drink freshly ground coffee! ⚫︎The BBQ (dinner) ingredients are not only meat, but also seafood, cheese fondue, paella🥘, and a wide variety of other things! I went to Awamatano Falls in Isumi-gun, Chiba Prefecture! The water was muddy due to rain in the morning, so we couldn't play in the water, but you can usually enter the pool and play there ^_^ There were rare dragonflies and snakes, and it was a place rich in nature. And I was surprised that there were no mosquitoes. The fresh greenery is beautiful, but the autumn leaves are the best. The best time to see them is from late November to early December. The castle that overlooks the town of Otaki contains armory, artifacts, currency and craftwork from the era. It also boasts a commanding view of the surrounding district. Otaki Castle Museum admission: Adults ¥200, Students ¥100, free admission for children under high school age and adults 64 and over. Open from 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.

I went to "Old Folk House Guesthouse Watoya" in Otaki Town, Chiba Prefecture! An old folk house has been renovated and remodeled into a guesthouse. This guesthouse offers breakfast and dinner, which is rare for a guesthouse, and we cook with guests using ingredients from the town. The rice cooked in a kettle was delicious! I traveled from Tokyo to Otaki by train to attend an event at the Otaki Herb Garden. I took the JR Wakashio Limited Express from Tokyo Station to Ohara Station (it shook surprisingly much!) and then the Isumi Railway, which I often see on TV, from Ohara Station to Otaki Station. It was the season when cherry blossoms and rape blossoms were in bloom, so the view from the train window was beautiful. I didn't have time to take a photo, but there were also some cute pheasants strolling around. #IsumiRailway #Otaki
