From the welcome fruits and desserts to the super rich afternoon tea, every detail is meticulously taken care of. They contacted us early to confirm the check-in time. Since our previous stay was at the InterContinental next door and the roads in the ancient town are not easy to navigate, the staff pushed a cart to help us with our luggage. The room's bedding, furniture, and even the toiletry bag were all on point. They had already set up a humidifier and lit incense for us before we checked in. When we returned to our room at night, we found that the turndown service had been done and snacks were prepared. What satisfied me the most was that this was the only place during our trip that had a convenient dressing table and makeup mirror for women, allowing me to sit down and do my makeup. Other places either had a large mirror far from the seat or no dressing table at all. Additionally, they offered to wash and iron five pieces of clothing for us. I had a white dress that had been dragging on the ground, and they washed it to look as good as new. The staff mentioned that all the food was made in-house.
