Luya Mountain. On the way here, I was still wondering why it was called Little Switzerland. When I arrived here, I understood it instantly. The tall fir trees and the gurgling stream made me feel a little dazed for a moment, as if I had really traveled thousands of kilometers to Switzerland. The green everywhere in Luya Mountain is so pleasant that we can relax anywhere without entering the scenic area. There are roughly three routes for visiting Luya Mountain: the western route goes from Malen Grassland to Luya Mountain and then to Lover's Valley. However, it should be noted that you cannot drive on this route, and generally you have to take the scenic area transportation. The northern route goes from the Hanging Village through the plank road to the hanging coffins and finally to the Wannian Ice Cave. This route is self-driving, and we chose the northern route. The moment I saw the Hanging Village, my heart was shocked. The whole village is backed by a cliff, facing the abyss, and built against the mountain. It is supported only by standing wood, built layer by layer. The walls and wooden boards are perfectly integrated together. Sometimes I really can't help but marvel at the wisdom of the ancients. The whole village has a strong natural atmosphere and you can hardly feel the feeling of a modern city. However, it is this authentic ancient village that makes it more attractive. After passing the Hanging Village, the next stop is the Wannian Ice Cave.
