You can indulge in a variety of authentic Malaysian dishes such as nasi lemak, satay, char kway teow, Hainanese chicken rice etc. Only cashless payment is accepted here. There are many popular local hawker foods here but one that caught my attention was this steaming hot chicken rice made using a Claypot and the heat of the charcoal. Once you have ordered this you must allow 10 to 15mins for the order to be ready as they cook everything upon order. The rice is so fragrant and overall very delicious. a must-try item.

One can find a variety of delicious Malaysian cuisine all under one roof here. Some super delicious items here include the Assam curry fish head, KL Hokkien mee, kampung Nasi lemak and many many more items cooked freshly upon order. The design of this place is also very nicely done. They have used Malaysian colonial design on the inside to give the actual feel when dining here.

The food court is designed to resemble the look and feel of dining by the roadside and buying food from local shophouses, but of course in a more hygienic environment. We bought ourselves two bowls of wanton mee, one soup and one dry. The soup wasn’t too bad, although we felt the noodles and shrimp in the wanton could be better tasting. One good thing is that it is conveniently located right outside Universal Studios Singapore, which makes for an easy meal before entering or after leaving the theme park. You can find wanton noodles, cuttlefish Kang Kong, rojak, bak ku teh, claypot rice with chicken and Chinese sausages, deserts such as ice kacang and chendol (with coconut and red bean paste, you can also add on durian or mango paste) , and many more. You can order a few plates of various dishes and share them with your friends and family members. The dining place is very comfortable. It is an indoor dining place with air conditioning. The prices are higher than outside, however it is worth trying them here. For instance the claypot rice cost about 14 dollars and their wanton noodles cost 9 dollars.
