MANSKAYA LOOP in Krasnoyarsk
This spot is located about 40-50 minutes by car from the city of Krasnoyarsk. You can set the route in any navigation app (search for Mansky Loop), and the navigator will guide you to the parking area. From there, it's about a 3 km walk along the Mana River on a trail. Walking on a sunny day is quite comfortable, but if it rains, the trail can become slippery. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes with good soles. A small tip - make sure to bring a spare T-shirt or sweater, as the climb to the top is quite challenging. Once you reach the top, you'll be drenched, and a dry T-shirt or sweater will come in handy. The climb takes about 20-50 minutes with breaks (depending on your fitness level). The first section, which is not very steep, has a staircase, making it easy to ascend. After that, the climb becomes more difficult as the staircase ends. This section leads to another staircase, and after climbing it, you reach the steepest ascent. Midway, there is a spot to rest. The final section is quite steep, and construction work is currently underway to install a staircase, which should be completed soon. And finally, you reach the top of the mountain.
From the summit, you are greeted with a breathtaking view of the Mana River and the Mansky Loop. At the top, there is a resting area where you can sit, relax, enjoy tea or coffee, and have a snack.
