[2025 Porto Attraction] Travel Guide for Miradouro da Vitória (Updated Apr)

Coming to Porto is like walking into an endless summer. This European sunset city, every frame is like a movie. Compared to Lisbon, I prefer the less popular here. Porto is not big, a day tour is completely enough. These few spots must be checked in❗️ 1️⃣Sunset viewing platform 📍Miradouro da vitoria You can take a panoramic view of the Luis I Bridge and the Douro River. 📍Miradouro da Serra do Pilar The sunset train panorama is almost all shot here, and the nearby Hill garden can also see the sunset. 2️⃣Unique blue and white porcelain wall 📍Capela das Almas 📍Sao Bento Staion The train station paved with blue and white porcelain. 📍Chapel of Souls 📍Igreja do Carmo The blue and white porcelain exterior walls of these two are very exquisite. 3️⃣Casa Museu Fernando de Castro A small museum recommended by locals, with many art collections. 4️⃣Lello Bookstore It is said to be the place that inspired JK Rowling to write Harry Potter, and the stairs in the bookstore are very cinematic. 🥩Vaccarum A steakhouse that I accidentally walked into next to the homestay I stayed in, it's delicious and large in portion, and the price is not expensive.

There are various restaurants and cafes around the Miradouro da Vitória, so you can enjoy the local atmosphere. Street performances such as busking are also often held, creating a lively atmosphere. Stunning views of the city, Luis I Bridge and Gaia. It's a bit of a walk to get to this viewpoint, but that's to be expected. I recommend coming to this viewpoint during the day rather than at sunset as you can enjoy the sunset better from the bridge or over the water. Miradouro da Vitoria is a vast plateau with no crowds and of course free. It takes about 10 minutes to walk downhill from the famous Clerigos tower and Church. #2024Travel wish

#EuropeanTravel Photos 1-5: Lorenzo&Mor Sunset Photos 6-11: Vittoria Viewpoint Both are great places to see the sunset and night view! They are also famous. However, I recommend Vittoria Viewpoint more than the other two! The Lorenzo&Mor Sunset Viewpoint has iron bars as shown in the photo, which is emotional when taking a view photo, but I think some people might find it annoying! Vittoria Viewpoint has no iron bars, so you can get clean photos. And you can see the small Don Luis Bridge, so it's pretty! It's smaller than other viewpoints, so there aren't many people, so I recommend this night view restaurant!
