This is the first water-themed homestay in Wenzhou, retaining the original architectural appearance, with an ancient style. We stayed in a duplex room with a king bed on the second floor. The room has a separate shower and toilet, which is very considerate. There is a kitchen and a tea room on the first floor, and the space is very large. When you open the door, you can see a swimming pool with clear water. You can row a boat on it, and the kids love it! I think it would be more fun to come here to play in the water in summer. There is also a carriage in the yard, you can sit on it and let someone pull it, which is very nostalgic. You can also swing, and you can play in the yard for a whole day. There is a neighbor bar opposite the homestay, where you can enjoy the super popular tea in the afternoon. Drinking tea, eating sunflower seeds, and chatting with your family is really enjoyable.
