The hotel has been partially renovated, retaining the classic West Lake beauty while providing modern comforts. It is a 200-meter walk to the Tran Quoc Temple and a 1,000-meter walk to Ba Dinh Square. There are abundant shops and dining options in the surrounding area. A highlight of the hotel is its rooftop bar, which offers panoramic views of the whole of Hanoi and stunning sunsets, perfect for relaxing and having a good time. 🛁Experience ·All rooms face the West Lake, providing an unobstructed view, especially in the high-rise rooms, where the view is even more spectacular. The hotel provides a wealth of welcome gifts and uses high-end brand BALMAIN guest room supplies, which is surprising and satisfying. The beautiful scenery near the West Lake makes people feel relaxed. 🏝Every detail of the magazine-like lake view room creates a tranquil atmosphere where people can relax and enjoy. Although some areas are a bit old, you can feel the hotel's efforts in maintenance. The service at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. There were small gifts given when checking in, which made people feel at home. The hotel is luxurious yet comfortable, and the overall ambience is perfect for a holiday or a business trip. 🏨 🛏️ The room experience was great! We stayed in a room facing the lake. Every morning when we woke up we could see the beautiful scenery of the lake and mountains, which made us feel very happy. The bed was big and comfortable, and I had a super sweet sleep. The facilities in the room include air conditioning, minibar and free WiFi, which fully meet our needs. Especially the huge bathroom, it is a real pleasure, all the supplies are high-end brands, giving people a different kind of luxury experience. The room is not big but the layout is reasonable and will not make people feel depressed. 🍜 There are also many food options nearby, such as popular restaurants such as Khuê Restaurant and Ding Doong Restaurant, which are within walking distance. At night, you can go to the Sky Bar on the rooftop to see the night view of Hanoi. It feels super romantic. The breakfast buffet is particularly rich, with a variety of Vietnamese and Western food. Most tourists in Hanoi will choose the Hoan Kiem Lake area or West Lake. However, the hotels near West Lake are relatively old. InterContinental and Sheraton, including the Pan Pacific where I stayed this time, are all like this. The advantage is that the scenery is really good. This Pan Pacific Hotel is a rebranded Sofitel. It has a great location. The hotel is located along the road in the West Lake. It is 200 meters away from the Tran Quoc Temple and 1,000 meters away from Ba Dinh Square. It is not far from the old city scenic area. There are many shops around. Some areas and rooms of the hotel have been simply renovated. GHA Titanium has been upgraded by two levels. Rooms can face the West Lake directly. But breakfast is strictly not provided. It is quite stingy. Excluding this point, Pan Pacific is quite cost-effective. The welcome gift is quite rich. The room amenities are BALMAIN, which is rare in China. It is quite surprising that a hotel at this price level is equipped with BALMAIN. The only complaint is that the photos of the decorations in some rooms are a bit scary. There is an antique jar at the entrance, which also makes me feel uncomfortable. The rooftop bar offers a view of the entire Hanoi.
