📍Phuket Town 2 nights in Phuket Town. I am so glad that this was our final stop in Thailand. I absolutely adored this town & wish that we had stayed longer. Phuket Town is perfect for those that are holidaying by the beaches of Phuket, to come and experience the culture and incredible history of the island. The most beautiful aspect of Phuket Town is the European architecture that is seen throughout the buildings and shops. The buildings are such a stark contrast from traditional Thai architecture & it felt so much like home to me, I really loved it. There are amazing clothes stalls, the cutest coffee shops & the best traditional food that takes inspiration from both north and south Thai dishes. Today the weather is quite hot, but when I come to visit this aquarium, I feel a bit relieved from the heat, especially when I come to watch a short film, which is in another building of the center, a high curved screen, about a half circle (I recommend sitting in the back row, so that your neck won't get a sore neck). The air conditioning here is very cool. There are 3 films to watch, each about 15 minutes long, and before the next film is shown, the screen will rest for about 15 minutes.

It is really sad to see all those fishes not having any space to move just cramed up or not even having plants inside their aquarium. Every single fish i saw today was just looking sad not moving much and to be honest i feel disgusted by giving that place money to go see a jail for fish. Normally i had good experiences in aquariums, because normally the fish tanks were huge. But not this time. After my visit i was so disturbed about the whole experience, i could have just cried.

#thailandtrip A great spot for family travel, we went there due to the rainy day. The aquarium provides different information about sea animals. It is not too crowded and it is good for us to travel together with a 2 year old kid. The aquarium is not too big and the ticket price is considered a bit too high. Still recommend this if you're into sea animals.........

Only one comment is better to prepare snacks for kids or have lunch before entering or buy some food before lunch time since I found no staffs during lunch time and have to wait to order food at almost 1 PM on the day that I visit was Thursday.
