Western Australia's Treasure: A Place of Tenderness I Never Said Goodbye To.
๐๏ธWestern Australia's Treasure: Geraldton, a Place of Tenderness I Never Said Goodbye To๐๐In the distant Western Australia, there is a shining pearl, quietly lying 4 hours drive north of Perth. It is Geraldton, a town that I miss dearly, but regrettably never stayed an extra night. However, whenever I recall the time I spent there, my heart is always filled with endless warmth and beauty.๐Seafront Stroll, a Haven for the Soul๐ฃGeraldton's waterfront is a place I will always cherish. Starting from the large lawn in front of KFC, I walk along the coastline until I reach the museum. This 1.3 km journey is filled with leisure and freedom. Along the way, restaurants and cafes are scattered, with a gentle sea breeze and the aroma of coffee. The pace of life here is exceptionally slow.๐ดโโ๏ธCycling on the Sand, Breathing Freedom๐When I embark on a 4 km cycling journey from Back Beach to Separation Point Lookout, and then to Point Moore Lighthouse, the feeling of dancing with the sea breeze and sand makes me forget all my worldly worries. Although the sea breeze carries a hint of saltiness, the freedom and unrestrained feeling it brings me is an unprecedented release.โช๏ธLandmark Building, Echoes of History๐ฐ๏ธSt Francis Xavier Cathedral in Geraldton city center is a solemn and mysterious landmark. Entering the church, the internal staircase leads to the basement, each step echoing with history, as if I can hear ancient stories whispering in my ear.๐ชฆTop of the Town, Overlooking the World๐๏ธHMAS Sydney II Memorial is another sacred place in my heart. Standing at this high point overlooking the town, the monument and the large lawn complement each other, inspiring awe. Here, I can sit or even lie down anywhere, feeling the pulse of the earth and enjoying the rare peace and comfort.๐
Sunset Romance at the Lighthouse๐
Every sunset, I come to Point Moore Lighthouse. Here, I can admire the beautiful lighthouse against the backdrop of the setting sun, feeling the unique romance and tranquility. When night falls, I stay here, gazing at the starry sky, searching for my own star.๐ฎMysterious Glass Ball, Distant Imagination๐The Big Marble, a giant glass ball located near Geraldton, is remote, but its lonely and mysterious beauty makes me yearn for it. I often imagine myself walking into this glass ball, feeling the peace and mystery of being isolated from the world.๐๏ธSpring Flower Sea, a Feast of Rapeseed Flowers๐ผIn spring, I also come to Mill's Lookout. Here, I can admire the vast expanse of rapeseed flowers, as if I am in a painting. The open view and vibrant colors make me feel the magic of nature.๐ฆLobster Feast, a Taste Bud Carnival๐ฆOf course, when I come to Geraldton, how can I not taste the local lobster delicacies? At Brolos Fresh, I can buy the freshest lobster and enjoy the gift from the ocean. Each bite of lobster meat is tender and juicy, leaving me with an unforgettable aftertaste.
