My birthday month trip to Bali has brought me to the 7th hotel, which is a very interesting design hotel, even the name is fun - the hotel is called Potato Head! The hotel has been extremely popular since its opening! Last year, the renowned rating system 50 BEST released its first hotel category list: The World’s 50 Best Hotels, and Bali's Potato Head was included for leading in sustainable development, creativity, and design! Among the luxury hotels in Bali that easily cost three to five thousand, Potato Head offers great value for money, and its location is excellent, watching the sunset and evening glow by the seaside pool is just too beautiful! From the moment of check-in, you can feel Potato's unique environmental philosophy and humanized service - before completing the check-in procedures, the staff will take us to the hotel's store to introduce some environmental concepts and products, and then give us 1 eco-friendly bag and 2 metal thermos bottles, you can even choose your favorite color for the eco-friendly bag - the caps of the thermos bottles are made from different colors of discarded plastic and shells, and during the stay, the hotel does not provide any plastic bottled water, but as long as you carry this thermos bottle, you can go to any place in the hotel and find staff to fill it up with water for free, which is just awesome! Potato Head's environmental philosophy is not just about replacing amenities with larger bottles, but about reducing pollution from the source - the building materials in the hotel lobby are mostly made of red clay, volcanic ash, and shells, and you can hardly see any plastic products in the entire hotel, many decorations are made from recycled waste bottles, plastics, foam, etc., and they are full of creativity and design, making them great for taking photos! Potato Head's cocktail mixing class is an experience not to be missed! And this is just one of the many courses offered by the hotel, which has a full schedule of various classes for guests to sign up for every day - the schedule changes every month, and you just need to sign up in advance, there are both sports classes like yoga and boxing, and craft classes like cocktail mixing and handicrafts, and of course, some about environmental protection, most of which are free! Finally, I must praise the little beach holiday gift pack provided in the room's bathroom, which includes mosquito repellent, aloe gel, sunscreen, and disinfectant, all very practical!

The presentation is so beautiful and eye pleasing. we believed the PR lady happened to be there and very friendly too, she explained the concept the restaurant, the food and very informative must say. The staff we found it very engaging and could not fault anything. The mixologist is also very creative with the concoctions he made, very refreshing. On our second trip to Bali this year, we stayed at Potato Head Suites & Studios again. As a high-end hotel in the area, it has unique features with its eco-friendly concept. Generally, eco-friendliness seems to be naturally at odds with high-end quality, or is just a concept. However, Potato Head has integrated the eco-friendly concept well into its design, space, and operation! The hotel is not on the road. You enter from an exclusive path to the drop-off area. Compared to high-end hotels, the overall architecture looks more like a museum at first glance, with a red concrete facade and no other decorative materials. The hotel also has no obvious signs, and you are directly faced with an overhead building and an open atrium space. The hotel has no lobby, only an open front desk area set up in the overhead part of the building. The staff will greet you and help you check in. The hotel has a tour about its eco-friendly concept, which I highly recommend. The hotel staff patiently and thoroughly explained the relationship between the eco-friendly concept and materials. First, the staff took us to the hotel's logistics area, where the storage room has separate sections for plastic containers for oil, plastic packaging, and various discarded plastic bottles brought by guests. These plastics will be recycled and reused. The next step is to transport them to the small tool room next door for decomposition. At the same time, local coconut shells are used to make root balls for embryonic plants, and the decomposed plastic is added with various colors to prepare for subsequent use. I believe that after this tour, you will understand why Potato Head Suites & Studios has been listed as one of the world's top 50 hotels for two consecutive years!

We Went here for breakfast and the restaurant at the beachfront is absolutely stunning. Will come back again, the place is welcoming and the service is tip top. We so in love with the local delicacies, Food is also delicious and hot when served. We had a great time here, Bali is truly a nice place for both family and couples. Overall this place is highly recommended to go.

Excellent hotel with good facilities and service. Most notably the pool area. Breakfast is also great as you can order directly to the pool area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were great and gave us a free upgrade on arrival along with other free gifts, which was nice. Only downside is that you are not allowed to order a grab taxi to pick you up from lobby, which I thought was strange …

Can't stop raving about this place after visiting it. The service was wonderful right from our arrival at the entrance. All the staff we interacted with were really accommodating and friendly. Big shout out to Rayan from the front desk and Dimas from the security team. We were unfortunately a victim of a money exchange scam at a nearby money changer. Rayan and Dimas worked together to take us back to the place and got our money back without any hesitation. Thank you again and we hope to visit soon!
