Spotted the lighthouse from afar and decided to make a quick stop there before going for dinner. It is definitely a photo spot for families and couples. Even the view along the pier to the lighthouse is amazing! The best time to visit is during sunset for some IG/Trip-worthy shots! We missed it as we had to run for dinner but managed to catch it when we were having our meals (2nd last photo). Breakwater fishing is also available at the pier but it comes with a fee. For public, weekday day-pass costs $20 nett and weekend day-pass costs $25 nett. If you are a member, it is free. Getting to Raffles Marina is convenient as Tuas station is just right next to it. There are plenty of carpark spaces, and if you dine in any of the restaurants, you can request for parking coupons. Free parking with coupons is limited to 120 minutes. Ending the post with a quote from my husband, "fishing is not about the fish. It is about training yourself to be patient". Address: 10 Tuas West Dr, Singapore 638404 Highlights: It is located just next to the second link, very close to the Tuas Checkpoint. Peaceful, serene and relaxing to have lunch or dinner here. Highly recommended for evening walks to enjoy some of the most amazing sunset views in Singapore. It's so windy. You may stay for hours to see the beautiful lighthouse at night. Some luxurious yachts are parked here, and also fishing boats. You may go fishing from here if interested. There's the fishy smell as you may have expected. There are a few restaurants offering delicious food at reasonable prices, like Raffles Marina Bistro, Captions Table. Nice place for business meetings or family gatherings. Recommended Time to Visit: Weekdays will be less crowded and you can consider coming around 630 to catch the sunset.
