I was a little nervous and scared at first, but gradually I relaxed and felt that climbing is actually very interesting and challenging. We practiced on the first rock wall for about an hour, and then we switched to a higher and steeper one. There are many different routes on this rock wall, some easy and some difficult. I chose a route of medium difficulty and prepared to challenge myself. I started climbing up the rock wall, paying attention to my instructor's instructions and looking for suitable hand and footholds. I tried to stick to the rock wall as closely as possible, relying more on the strength of my thighs and saving the strength of my arms every time I lifted one foot. I also had to keep an eye on the route, think about where I would go next, and then move my hands and feet to the corresponding points. During the process of rock climbing, I encountered many difficulties and setbacks. Sometimes I couldn't find a suitable point, sometimes I lost my balance, and sometimes I felt powerless. But every time, I didn't give up, but persisted. My mentor and other students also gave me a lot of support and encouragement, making me feel not alone. In the end, I successfully reached the top of the rock wall and saw the beautiful sea view and sky.
