Yuan Dadu City Wall Ruins Park is located on the north side of downtown Beijing. It starts from Shaoyaoju in the east, goes to Xitucheng in the west, and then turns to the south to the Mingguang Bridge, a long strip park about 9 kilometers long. The park is built on the long city wall of the Yuan Dynasty. There are trees and flowers planted around the ancient city wall, as well as open lawns, etc., and the environment is beautiful. There are several places on both sides of the city wall with cultural landscapes such as sculptures and relief paintings, which can be visited here for a stroll. There are seven main nodes in the park, from west to east, they are Shuangdu Xunxing, Sihai Binpeng, Haitang Huaxi, Dadu Dingsheng, Shuijie Huadeng, and Longze Yuyue, which are evenly distributed in the 9-kilometer long park area. Inside. Each park is backed by an antique original city wall. The city walls are mainly cultural sculptures, reliefs, etc. You can see the statues of the Yuan Dynasty emperor Kublai Khan and others, as well as many paintings. Among the seven nodes worth watching are Shuangdu Xunxing and Haitang Huaxi. Shuangdu Xunxing is a wonderful relief fresco, which reflects the situation of the emperor's visit to the two capitals during the Yuan Dynasty. Thousands of begonias are planted at the Begonia Flower Stream. Begonia flowers bloom every April. The back of the city wall is very beautiful, suitable for photography and sketching.
