If you visit Sanya and want a great experience, consider staying at the Sheraton Yalong Bay. You can walk straight onto the beach from the property. Don't want to visit the beach? no problem. They have about four pools. 2 of them are adult pools, one of them heated. Breakfast had a lot of western options, like pastries, chicken, waffles, cereals, and more. Sanya is one of the most beautiful places to go to anytime of the year. I always choose to stay at Sheraton Yalong Bay. They provide excellent service and their staff are always welcoming and helpful. I enjoy their buffet breakfast, foam party and barbecue party near the beach. They also have an acoustic band by the lobby bar for late nightcaps. There is always something to do for the entire family from spa treatments, gym and kiddie rides and game room. You will surely get a lot of vitamin D and vitamin sea in Sanya!

Stayed at the Sheraton Yalong Bay. Wonderful hotel with great customer service. I stayed in a sea view suite, where you can also see the pool. The breakfast is okay but a really good selection of tropical fruit. The sunsets are really nice. Getting to the hotel from the airports is a 40 minute didi ride. This hotel checked a lot of the boxes for us. Location wise it’s convenient to the restaurants and shops (10min walk to the Central Square) the hotel is right by the sandy beach, and the Yalong Bay Golf Club is across the street. We wanted an easy trip without any ‘work’ 😂 so this place made our stay 👌. Our room was spacious and the ocean view was definitely worth it. If you are comparing the outdoor facilities, they are all very similar. Large outdoor pools, beach access and beautiful gardens. Which every hotel you choose you are going to have an amazing stay! However, for those looking to save a little money, we can highly recommend the Sheraton. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It is by far the cheapest out of these resorts. The rooms may be a little older, but this resort is very well maintained and the outdoor areas and pools give it a real tropical island vibe! Price per Person - low season, around 900rmb for a family of 3 with breakfast Rating - 5 stars!! If you are wanting to stay in a family friendly beach resort that is still reasonably priced compared with the other hotels in Yalong Bay on the beach strip then this is the place. The service is superb. From Daisy in reception offering an easy check-in and check-out, to Alex a manager wanting to see how you are, to the pool and sea guards ready with assistance and towels, we felt welcome. The least expensive rooms have no balcony which I don't understand. We stayed in the garden room with a balcony that had everything we needed, the cleaning ladies were awesome! Breakfast offers a huge selection but beware, any later than 8am and it gets super hectic. Overall, you are here to swim in a calm sea, relax and drink coconuts while your kids are entertained not by their technology but by being outdoors. I would come here again and again. Every Sheraton experience trip is like a grand ceremony, especially in Sanya. As the first international five-star hotel in Hainan, although it has been in business for 20 years, you can still find the soul that the designer injected here at the time in the details that can be found everywhere. Whether it's a sunny day or a rainy day, I can always find the right wonderful mood here. And it is indeed worthy of the proud word of grandeur, after all, it has perfectly hosted the Boao Forum for Asia many times. During the few days I stayed here, I experienced the seafood buffet, Thai and Chinese food, each with its own merits. But the Baiyun Chinese restaurant with the sign of "State Banquet Chef" is the crown in the C position, every dish seems to be enchanted, fascinating. And in the Yaochi Western Restaurant, the buffet breakfast is also very rich, make a bowl of Qingbu Liang yourself, eat a happy egg, life is so clear. When the azure pool meets the azure sea, it is the most beautiful encounter between one blue and another. Lying on the beach chair by the pool, the blue in front of you has a continuation, and it seems to have more abundant and lively feelings. There are always beautiful figures in black silk and white skirts on the swing by the sea, and the gentle bowing in the lawn wedding makes the sea breeze bright. On the hotel's lawn, whether it's the graceful coconut trees, the surfboards and slippers standing between the lawn and the beach, or the shuttle train, they are all beautiful that can't help but stay in the lens. After the rain that evening, there was a rainbow in the sky, like a letter from the cloud, using colored pencils. Also on that night, Santa Claus came here in a Ferrari to light up the dazzling Christmas tree, in the candy-flavored air, every face filled with smiles was remembered by happiness. Nice stay

We spent a week at the Sheraton. It took a while to get there from the airport as they don't have a shuttle service :(. Be warned that the locals at the airport have very limited English. You can take a bus or taxi to the hotel. This hotel has great staff who are very helpful. The room was large in size and the bed was very comfortable. They offer pillow service to help you sleep well. The only downside to the rooms and hotel is that it needs a lick of paint and general repairs to certain areas but that doesn't detract from the sleekness of this great hotel. The surrounding area, gardens, beach and swimming pool are well maintained. Whereas tourists on the beach must be forced to pick up trash to keep Yalong Bay beautiful. The buffet has a wide variety of both eastern and western food. All prepared fresh on site. Lots of fruit and pastries. Richard Yao (Head Chef) made us feel very special by making sure our requests for meatless pork sauce etc were met. He is also very friendly. #themepark#zoo#nationalpark#lakes#beaches
