This seems to be the top-rated shop in Shirakawa-go by food bloggers. ※First visit 2025.09.07※ I happened to pass by the shop and decided to buy some. I personally tried the water pudding and ice cream. The water pudding, with its smooth pudding layered on top of a clear jelly, was visually stunning.
