[2025 Singapore Restaurant] Travel Guide for Spago Bar & Lounge (Updated May)

Address: Spago Bar & Lounge, Sands SkyPark, Tower 2 Level 57 Access from Hotel Lobby Tower, #2, 018956 Price per pax: $50++ Visted here again this year for my Birthday and I was upset that they didn't had their weekday brunch set anymore. Nevertheless, we still went ahead to order something off their ala cart menu. Located on the 57th floor of Marina bay sands, you'll get to enjoy a view of downtown Singapore. We ordered the 3 dishes: For my coursed meal, I picked: 1. Japanese fried chicken karaage - 8/10 nothing fancy but the skin was very very crispy and thin! The chicken was well seasoned and the meat was tender and juicy! 2. Honey Miso Broiled Black Cod Hijiki Rice, House Made Japanese Pickles, Ikura, Wasabi, Chives, Sesame - 10/10 The dish was carefully put together. It was sweet, sour, savory - well balanced flavours and texture. I highly recommend! 3. Burrata with Roasted Beets Crispy San Daniele Prosciutto, Sicilian Pistachios, Rocket, Citrus Shallot Dressing - 8/10 Not a fan of this but my sister loved it. If you love burrata and vegetables you would most probably love this! In addition, they served us a complimentary champagne for my birthday celebration! Unlike the last visit, they have stopped serving their soft bread with assorted butter. Overall the staff was attentive, the ambiance was amazing, it’s an amazing place to visit on a quiet weekday! #singapore

Highlights - Asian fusion dishes, big portions, excellent service Avg. Price per Person - $70 Rating - 4/5 I brought my sister to Spago for her birthday, it's a great place if you want something casual but also on the luxury side. I love the ambience and decor of the lounge — it's perfect for photos. The view from the top of MBS is always a + 😍🏙️ (But unfortunate for us it was rainy & cloudy ..... 🌧️) 
What we ordered: 
01 Honey miso broiled Black Cod ($59) — The fish was fresh and silky, the flavours all went really well together. 
02 Burrata with roasted beets ($28) — MY FAV ⭐️ I love how creamy it was and the beets complemented the cheese really well. 
03 Japanese fried chicken karaage ($17) — Nothing out of the ordinary but the batter was really crispy! 
They used to have a lunch set menu where you could choose a starter, main & dessert + a mocktail. But they have completely removed that also they used to provide a basket of free flow bread & butter but that's changed too. They gave us a free mini cocktail which was super yummy for my sister's birthday, it was really nice 🤍🥂

Breakfast set at Spago Marina Bay Sands was of really high quality and delicious. Sadly they have remove the buffet spread for breakfast. You are now only limited to A starter, main and drinks. Well ventilated space even though it was outdoors. Service staff were all very attentive and friendly. Would be great if they could bring the breakfast buffet spread back.

#singaporetrip The service was top-notch, view was immaculate 💯 We received a complimentary dessert for our anniversary which was really good thank you to the team! The food however could do a little better. The Prawn Tempura roll was not bad but a little underwhelming. The Chicken Laksa Spring Rolls were flavorful, but the chicken breast inside was a little dry. Worth a try though! The fries that were served alongside the Beef Burger were one of the best fries i've had. They were thin-cut, super crispy, and well-seasoned. Would come again for light-bites and drinks with a view 🫶

We celebrate our anniversary and my sister birthday here, their food is totally delicious and tasty. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great place to celebrate especial days with friends and family 😊🙂💯

Spago bar & lounge have been my favourite dining place at Marina Bay Sands even before I have baby. I'm glad I'm able to bring my son here to celebrate my birthday with a little chocolate cake over looking the skyline of Singapore. The service here is fabulous and the service staffs are very attentive and friendly towards returning guests like us. They will always offer me a baby chair and sometimes, baby D doesn't even sit on it as the sofa here are comfy enough for him to explore around his surroundings. Although it is an open air dining area, there are ceiling fans which keep the environment cool to gather with the natural wind.
